Island Assets Property Management employees are full-time and are trained in minor plumbing repair that covers all of PEI.

 

We have agreements with red seal plumbers to respond to issues as they occur, and alternatively as quoted.

 

We offer plumbing services on small/medium/large jobs, including those that require it on their renovations projects.

 

You do not have to be a management client of Island Assets to retain our plumbing services.

Service calls during business hours - $90/hour

 

Emergency calls - $180/hour

 

Service locations:

 

Island Assets covers all of Prince Edward Island, but this may incur travel costs depending on location.

 

We are based in Summerside, jobs closer to those locations will see the lowest travel time billed per job.
