
Maintenance
Island Assets Property Management employees a full-time maintenance team that covers all of PEI.
We have trained our team to respond to issues as they happen, but we can also provide long-term remedies and planning.
We offer maintenance work on single small jobs, which can lead to larger renovations projects.
You do not have to be a management client of Island Assets to retain our maintenance services.
Here are some of the maintenance services we offer:
Minor plumbing and electrical repairs and installs
Lawn care and landscaping
Snow removal
Demolition and garbage removal
Interior cleaning
Common area cleaning
Smoke detector inspections and install
Drywall patching
Other repairs as required

Small repairs and maintenance - Starts at $45.00/hour for managed clients
Lawncare - Quoted per property, collected monthly (On approval)
All emergency and after-hours work is billed at 2x the standard rate.
Our regular business hours are 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Travel

Island Assets has a travel area price list to provide transparency of expenses to owners. These rates are for round-trip travel to and from each area.​
Prime - Travel in this area has no fee.

The prime area includes Charlottetown, Cornwall, Summerside, Kensington, Miscouche, Bedeque, Freetown, Winsloe, Clyde River, Borden-Carleton, Kinkora, Mont Carmel, Wellington, Brackley, Kingston, Warren Grove, Alberton, Cavendish, Stanley Bridge, New London, Hunter River, Rustico, Crapaud, Ellerslie, Richmond, Abrams Village, Darnley, Mill River, and Tyne Valley.

Outskirts - Travel in this area is $40 per event
The outskirts area includes O'Leary, Stanhope, Rice Point, Stratford, Meadowbank, Mermaid, Alexandra, Hazelbrook, Mt. Herbert, Cape Wolfe, Tignish, West Point, and Marshfield.
The Tips - Travel in this area is $80 per event
The tips area includes Souris, Georgetown, Naufrage, Panmure Island, Murray Harbour, Belle River, Murray River, Elmira, Wood Island, Miminegash, Pownal, Montague, Morrell, Mount Stewart, Saint Peters and Vernon Bridge.
